Reacting — About My Project
Martina Demaio is the cofounder, codirector, and an actor of Reacting, a theater company she created alongside two close friends in New York. Reacting was born from their shared passion for developing original, bold, and intimate theater experiences. The company focuses on stories that explore human connection, vulnerability, and cultural identity, always seeking to engage audiences in unexpected and powerful ways.
Through Reacting, Martina not only performs but also collaborates in directing, writing, and shaping each piece from the ground up. This project reflects her commitment to authentic storytelling and her deep belief in the power of collective creation.
