My Creative Work

Martina Demaio is a passionate teaching artist at Treasure Trunk Theater, staff member at ImpACT, intern at The Actor’s Studio, production assistant on various projects, and personal assistant to Biet Simkin, based in New York City. She is also a proud member of HOLA (Hispanic Organization of Latino Actors), supporting and representing the Latinx artistic community. Originally from Buenos Aires, she brings energy, creativity, and strong organizational skills to every project. Martina is dedicated to inspiring others through the arts while supporting creative teams behind the scenes with care and professionalism.

After graduating from The American Academy of Dramatic Arts and furthering her studies at the Lee Strasberg Theatre & Film Institute, Martina has worked extensively in theater, film, and immersive projects. She is passionate about storytelling that bridges cultures and sparks imagination.

Martina is also a co-founder of Reacting Theater, a company focused on original Latinx work and micro-theater in New York. She is deeply committed to using art as a tool for connection and transformation.

With a strong foundation in both performance and education, Martina brings warmth, authenticity, and a sense of play to every project she touches.

As a teaching artist, Martina loves guiding children and adults alike to explore their creativity, build confidence, and discover their own unique voices. She believes in creating a safe, inclusive, and joyful space where everyone feels empowered to express themselves fully.

When she isn’t acting or teaching, you can find her developing new work, collaborating with fellow artists, or traveling to discover new stories.

Martina Demaio is a proud staff member of ImpACT Theatre, supporting its mission to create powerful and inclusive storytelling.
